Megan Murphy-Rouse, MS, CNS, CAP

There is stunning healing potential in the accumulation of all the little choices we make day to day – how we relate to one another and to ourselves, the choices we make around food, how we move our bodies, and the way we nourish our minds and spirits. Time and time again, I am amazed to witness my clients absolutely transform their health by bringing careful attention and customized therapeutic practices to each of these aspects of their lives.

Megan’s clinical approach blends the cutting-edge science of Functional Medicine Nutrition with the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. Her goal is to identify the underlying cause(s) of imbalance in a woman’s body that is perpetuating dis-ease. She custom selects the appropriate dietary, lifestyle, nutraceutical, and/or botanical therapies that will allow healing to unfold naturally. Megan’s areas of clinical strength and passion lie in women’s reproductive health and infertility as well as in the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders.
